Job Summary:
Moris Media is currently hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager. This role requires a dynamic and strategic individual to lead our influencer marketing efforts for both Moris Media and our clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive influencer strategies that enhance brand visibility, reputation, and engagement.
Primary Responsibility:
The Influencer Marketing Manager will oversee the collaboration between celebrities, influencers, and brands for marketing purposes. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing Influencer Strategies: Create and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with the brand's objectives.
- Identifying Suitable Influencers: Research and identify celebrities and influencers whose audience aligns with our target market.
- Negotiating Contracts: Negotiate terms and conditions with influencers and their representatives to ensure beneficial agreements for both parties.
- Managing Partnerships: Oversee the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring all parties adhere to agreed terms.
- Campaign Alignment: Ensure that all influencer activities are consistent with the brand's marketing goals and overall strategy.
- Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the brand and the influencer, facilitating smooth and effective communication.
- Monitoring Campaign Performance: Track the performance of influencer campaigns, using analytics tools to measure success and ROI.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing or a similar role.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools.
- Strong understanding of current trends in social media and influencer marketing.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
