Job Description
Ideating, creating, executing end-to-end Influencer Marketing Campaigns.
Defining, tracking and reporting various KPIs related to Influencer Marketing in
line with overall marketing and business objectives.
Identification, Shortlisting and finalisation of influencers. Defining criteria and
internal guidelines to ensure quality, authenticity and brand protection during
all collaborative efforts.
Onboarding and cost negotiation with various partner agencies. Closing Joint
venture partnerships while defining clear targets and deliverables.
Staying updated with respect to various social media trends. Working on
drafting the overall campaign themes, communication as well as creative
guidelines.
Bachelor's degree (B. Tech/BE/B.Sc./BA) from a reputed institute with 2+
years of experience of working in influencer marketing.
Creative thinker with the ability to come up with novel ideas while working
under a high-pressure result-oriented environment.
Strong negotiator with proven experience in setting negotiation strategies and
closing commercial deals.
Proven expertise in stakeholder management, aligning with cross-functioning
teams and bringing them to a consensus.
