Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Influencer Marketing Executive located in Mumbai. As an Influencer Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing influencer marketing campaigns to build strong brand awareness and drive engagement through social media platforms. You will be responsible for managing the influencer outreach program, maintaining relationships with influencers and building new ones through effective communication and collaboration. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including social media, creative and client service teams to develop effective influencer marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, BMM or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, Social Media marketing, influencer marketing, or related field.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing industry trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
• Ability to create and manage influencer campaigns with clear goals, measurable results, and ROI.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Experience using influencer marketing platforms such as AspireIQ, GRIN, or Upfluence is a plus.
• Experience in the fashion, beauty, lifestyle or music industries is a plus.
