Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and driven Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, managing relationships with influencers, and ensuring campaigns drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and digital marketing analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with business goals to drive brand awareness and growth.
- Influencer Identification & Outreach: Research and identify key influencers, bloggers, and content creators across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) relevant to the brand.
- Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and oversee influencer marketing campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring timely execution and KPIs are met.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and other marketing partners.
- Content Collaboration: Work with influencers to co-create engaging and authentic content that resonates with target audiences while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and budgets with influencers and agencies.
- Tracking & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns, using key metrics such as reach, engagement, and ROI to optimize future campaigns.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with social media, creative, PR, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest influencer trends, platform updates, and best practices to continually improve campaigns.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing, preferably in a similar role or agency.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer marketing trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
