ROLE: Manufacturing/Industrialization Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Deploying industrialization standards such as Method Time, Environmental Health and Safety
(EHS), Ergonomics and Work Instructions,
2. Deploying Information System (IS) tools for industrialization: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM),
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES),
3. Defining and updating the function procedures, way of working and methodologies according to the
guideline defined by global partner Process and Manufacturing Engineering (PME)
4. Technical experience of Process Engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, line
balancing, Lean Manufacturing.
5. Deploying industrialization methodologies including, Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA),
Control Plan, Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC) and Task Sequencing,
6. Ensuring the staffing of the team according to the projects firm and forecasted workload
7. Building induction and training programs for new team members
8. Maintaining the skills matrix of the manufacturing team and building the annual training plan
9. Managing Special Processes within Industrialization activities
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with Manufacturing or Manufacturing Engineering
background with 8 to 10 years experience preferably in the railway industry. Technical experience of
Process Engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing.
Working knowledge in Quality, EHS standards and Ergonomics.
