About the role

WeWork is hiring a CA Articled Assistant as an Industrial trainee in its Finance Team. As an industrial trainee, you will get hands-on training across finance and procurement functions, with a primary focus on processes, Data processing and reporting, procurement processes and managing data repositories. You will also be working on SAP to troubleshoot issues and on user experience improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Building analytical reports from various financial data.
• Assist in organising, categorising, and ensuring the accuracy of procurement data.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to procurement and data management.
• Preparation of data and reports for the finance function.
• Identify process gaps and design solutions for process optimization
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the function.
• Provide solutions/recommendations to improvethe user experience of the SAP system
• Troubleshoot SAP queries on a day-to-day basis

Education and Desired Qualifications:

• Must have cleared both the groups of IPCC.
• Must be in his/her last year of articleship and have completed the first two years of articleship with a reputed CA Firm.
• Should have a minimum of 9 and a maximum of 12 months of articleship remaining to be completed.
• CA Final attempt must fall on or after May 2026.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and commitment.
