YOUR ROLE:

Direct Tax / Transfer pricing:

• Collation of relevant data & Preparation of Tax Audit Report (Form 3CD) along with annexures for and liasioning with Auditors for smooth completion of Tax Audit and Collation of relevant data & Preparation of Transfer Pricing Audit Report (Form 3CEB) along with annexures for and liasioning with Auditors for smooth completion of Transfer Pricing Audit

• Computation of Income tax provision and deferred tax working and Computation and payment of Advance tax

• Assistance in compilation of data and preparation/e-filing of Income tax returns, Assistance in data collation for corporate tax assessments and Assisting in Timely completion of the Quarterly/Annual Global Tax Reporting

• Collating / Handling Transfer pricing documentation and assessments.

• Preparation of Income Tax Contingent Liability Schedules along with corresponding documentation, Ensure timely payment and filing of TDS returns, Resolving queries relating to TDS as well as issues generating in TRACES and Assisting in Reconciliation of TDS receivables accounts with 26AS

• Verifying 15CA/CB prepared by payment team before uploading and Raising request for Vendor PO/SRN etc. in the system Indirect Tax / GST:

• Assisting in Preparation and Review of periodic GST Returns (GSTR1, GSTR3B, GSTR9/9C etc) along with the reconciliation with the books of accounts.

• Reconciliation of GSTR 2B with the Input tax credit availed and vice a versa along with coordination/follow up with all stakeholders.

• Analysis of the GST Compliance data to find process gaps & implementing corresponding and Assisting in Handling the GST Audits for relevant states/locations along with preparation/collation and submission of relevant data/information processes/solution/automation

• Monitoring / reviewing E-way bill & E invoicing on supply / receiving of goods & services.

• Ensuring correct GST Credit reversal on FOC & Scrap Sales

• Co-ordinating with relevant Tax Consultants for providing data & relevant clarifications for smooth closure of relevant Audits/assessments/compliance issues/transaction

nYOUR SKILLS:

• Any Graduate currently pursuing article ship in reputed CA Firm

• Good understanding of Taxation practices
