Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an On-Job Trainee at J W Marriott Goa Vagator. The On-Job Trainee will be involved in various day-to-day tasks to gain practical experience in the hospitality industry, including assisting in guest services, learning about hotel operations, and supporting different departments as needed.

• Attention to detail and Time management
• Teamwork and Collaboration skills
• Basic knowledge of hospitality industry practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Enrolled in or completed a hospitality management program
