The company has been growing rapidly in recent years and is looking for more opportunities to expand further. Bhiwadi Polymers Ltd has 3 manufacturing units in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. With B2B & B2C sales all over India, it exports to countries like USA, Mexico, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Ethopia, Spain, UAE & many more. We have a vast range of esteemed clients like United Breweries, Somany Tiles, Saint Gobain, L&T to name a few. The company enjoys a strong bond with all its stake holders including the customers, suppliers and its own internal team.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Industrial Sales Manager at Bhiwadi Polymers Ltd. located in New Delhi/NCR. As an Industrial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of industrial clients and developing strategies to increase sales and find new industrial clients. You will collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and provide exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, track competitor activities, and make recommendations to optimize the sales strategy. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, relationship building as well as the ability to effectively manage client expectations and deliver results.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in industrial sales or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of the industrial market and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
