Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Executives / Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively searching for leads and building connections with key stakeholders, including project owners, OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), and directors of greenfield projects. The role demands a self-starter who is passionate about sales and has a strong understanding of the industrial capital equipment market.

  • Job Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Actively research and identify potential leads in the industrial capital equipment sector. Utilize various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry databases, to find prospective clients.

- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with project owners, OEMs, and greenfield project directors. Develop a deep understanding of their needs and offer tailored solutions.

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Work closely with the sales team to align efforts and maximize market penetration.

- Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales opportunities. Track all interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.

- Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the companys industrial capital equipment offerings. Be able to clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.

- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Provide feedback and insights to the management team to refine sales strategies and product offerings.

- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead status, and pipeline development. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
