Following are the roles & responsibilities :
- The candidate will be responsible for sales and marketing for the region for Industrial cleaning chemicals equipment's and cleaning contract services.
- Will be responsible for achieving the sales revenue for the month/quarter and yearly target
- Identifying potential distributors and motivating them to grow along with company
- Identifying potential customers , visiting them to their site for understanding product applications, demonstrating the product , submitting the offer and closing the orders are the regular activities
- Collecting market information and product performance feed back to HO
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Preferably an engineer/graduate with having minimum 5 year industrial product selling experience
- Should have knowledge in conducting technical seminars at customer place
- Should have capability in identifying the applications and independently closing the order
- Must be a team player and should have expertise in motivating distributors and subordinates
- Must have knowledge in Microsoft office
- Candidates having good relationship in power plant, steel plant, petrochemicals, automotive and plastic manufacturing industries are highly preferred
- Candidates having experience in selling cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaner, high pressure water jetting, water treatment chemicals, MRO, Lubricants, cleaning chemicals, industrial sprays , pumps, valves, maintenance electrode selling to industries are preferred
- Must have two wheeler with valid driving liences
