Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using SolidWorks or equivalent design software. Experience in designing lighting products is highly preferred. This role is both challenging and rewarding, offering ample opportunities for learning and growth as you bring new and innovative lighting products to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop lighting products from conception to final outcome.
- Collaborate with our manufacturing units and vendors to ensure design feasibility and quality.
- Create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using SolidWorks or equivalent software.
- Conduct product testing and iterations to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Work on at least 5 new product developments per project, ensuring a steady flow of innovative designs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new technologies into product designs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in designing lighting products. If lighting product design is new, a minimum of 3 years of experience in designing other products is required.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent design software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts effectively.
