Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptionally creative and skilled Industrial Designer with a minimum of 2 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in materials and finishes, particularly in plastic ABS/PC materials. They should have in-depth knowledge of injection molding techniques and be proficient in creating detailed renders and working drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and design innovative products with a focus on aesthetics, usability, and functionality.
• Develop detailed renders and working drawings for production.
• Select appropriate materials and finishes, with an emphasis on plastic ABS/PC.
• Apply knowledge of injection molding techniques to design products that are manufacturable and cost-effective.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and production to ensure design feasibility and alignment with company goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in industrial design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and expertise in industrial design.
• Proficiency in design software such as SolidWorks, Rhino, AutoCAD, or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of materials, particularly plastic ABS/PC, and their finishes.
• Experience with injection molding techniques and processes.
• Excellent sketching, rendering, and 3D modeling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
