Industrial design - Assistant Faculty

DOT school of design is hiring Assistant faculty for Industrial design department.

As an Assistant Faculty your role is to enhance the quality of training and education given to the students.

You will be under the guidance of the associate faculties and HOD for carrying out the academic modules as you see fit.

Your responsibilities also include monitoring the day-to-day functioning of the department and coordinating with the other team members in planning for the forthcoming events of the academic year.

You will be a bridge between the students and the senior faculty and be a catalyst for the overall performance and welfare of the department.

Responsibilities:

Teaching and conducting core and elective modules in the respective discipline.

Providing academic assistance to senior faculty in planning and preparing the semester calendar.

Managing and supervising the facilities and resources of the respective discipline.

Maintain the MIS of the resources and its utilization record.

Regular Interaction and consultation with students regarding their academic performance.

Monitoring the attendance log of the students in all the ongoing courses.

Maintaining and updating the Evaluation reports for the respective subjects.

Maintain the Self Evaluation report.
