Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Bi Paints. As an Industrial Coatings & Paints Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in the industrial sector. This is a full-time position based in Surat, Gujarat, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in industrial coatings and paints sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial coatings and paints
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targets and increase market share in the industrial coatings and paints sector
- Identify and qualify potential customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and actively participate in sales meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and marketing departments, to support customers requirements
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote Bi Paints products and services
