Qualification - B.Tech (Civil)
Experience - 15 years
Notice Period - Immediate joiner
Contract Period - 1 year
Skills and Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Plan, manage, and oversee industrial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget constraints.
Design and Engineering:
- Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations.
- Prepare conceptual and detailed designs using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software.
- Review and approve engineering drawings and specifications.
Construction Oversight:
- Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address technical issues as they arise.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure projects comply with local regulations, environmental requirements, and building codes.
- Implement quality control measures and perform quality assurance checks.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Client and Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Provide progress updates, reports, and presentations as required.
- Address client concerns and maintain positive relationships.
