Industrial Automation engineer

Position- Industrial Automation engineer

Location- Dubai

Experience Required: Minimum 4 to 5+ years

Field of Experience:

• Conveyors Manufacturing
• Industrial Equipment Manufacturing
• Filling/Packing Machines Manufacturing
• Tanks Manufacturing
• Conveyors/Plant Equipment Maintenance
• Troubleshooting and Overhauling of Machines/Knowledge of Machinery

Responsibilities:

Candidate should have proven experience in

PLC, HMI, VFD and Servo programming of

Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi, etc.

Candidates having experience of Servo

selection, parameterization, installation and

commissioning will be at an advantage.

Must be able to create and read logic and flow

diagrams for program design, programming,

simulation and testing, and start-up

Design and develop customized automation

solutions that address client objectives.

Conduct thorough testing and validation of

automation systems to ensure they meet

performance and safety standards.

Design and draft electrical panel layouts for

automation equipment.

Identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions

in the automation systems.

Provide on-site support for system

commissioning and startup.

Prepare detailed technical documentation,

including system specifications, user manuals,

and as-built drawings.

Proven experience in industrial automation

engineering and system integration.

Strong knowledge of industrial communication

protocols between different components &

system.

Should have knowledge in Hydraulics &

Pneumatic controllers.

Should have experience in electrical and

pneumatic schematic design.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting

skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal

skills.

Should coordinate with Mechanical design

team for automation system design.

Should coordinate with site installation for

electrical & control system.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Willingness to travel to client sites, as needed.

Capable of following verbal and written

instructions.

Requirements and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering background.

Min. 5+ years of experience in Electrical,

Mechanical, or control system design.

Experience with PLC, HMI and SCADA systems.

Candidates with UAE driving license is added

advantage.

Salary: AED 4,000/- to 5,000/- per month

Accommodation: Free furnished bachelor accommodation provided

Food: To be arranged by the candidate

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break

Probation Period: 6 months
