**International Voice Customer Care Representative**
**Requirements:**
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer interactions.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on problem resolution.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with smartphone applications.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
**Working Hours:**
- 5.5 days per week.
- 9.5 hours per day.
-Rotational shifts and week offs
- Majorly Nightshifts
Must have Excellent communication skills.
Good customer handling skills.
Freshers are also welcomed.
