Job Summary
We are seeking a supervisor
(Subject Matter Expert) to join our growing organization in Indore. In this position, he/she will be responsible for managing transition calls and stabilize the process apart from day-to-day production. The supervisor should establish himself as a supervisor and work with manager, US stakeholders, and other staff members to accomplish the daily set targets based on the set business expectations. This job role requires excellent communication skills as he needs to transition the process and participate in the regular meeting & business calls.
Qualification & Responsibilities
- Responsible for training team members, setting strategy and monitoring progress towards goals.
- Knowledge of advance excel is good to have.
- Should have strong communication, problem solving, organizational and delegation skills.
- Oversee day-to-day operation.
- Motivate team members.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
- Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Reports transition & timely SOP updating
- Improvise on daily processing efficiency and accuracy.
- Cultivates and maintains working relationships with team members.
- Decision-making skills
- Pro-active and zeal to outperform.
- Hardworking, flexible, and Pro-active
Qualification / Eligibility
The applicant must fit the below criteria:
- Minimum graduate in any stream, Post graduation may be a plus.
- Willingness to work in any business shift Fixed and rotational, Night shifts hours.
- Actively participation in day-to-day production and process knowledge.
- Accurate and precise attention to details.
- Should be at Supervisor or Processor level III (minimum 18+ months) in WM.
- Should possess role maturity and good understanding on the process knowledge
- Proven work experience and exposure to the key skills.
- Excellent communication skills Should possess good written and spoken communication skills and should be a good listener and open to feedback.
- Should possess strong and effective organization skills which can help to plan business objectives and strategies, which would allow team members to perform optimally and perform as an individual contributor.
- Good to have a strong understanding on Accounts payable or Cash Applications process flow.
- Demonstrate self-confidence.
- Capable to manage multiple priorities and meet necessary delivery dates.
- Good attendance records, no unplanned leaves & LWP reported while with WM.
- Minimum rating for the last 2 appraisals should be Effective.
- No instance of any disciplinary action, email warning, counselling letters (verbal or written)
- Should be able to work with team, managers, and leadership team
