o Presents General Mills as a strategic partner to leading Key accounts and build strong relationships with the technical team/ Chefs in the customers organizations.
o Lead discussion to build credibility with chef / operator. Uncover needs, pain points, and focus. Assess BOH operational constraints and customer ways of working.
o Showcases General Mills Product Portfolio to Key accounts at their production facility.
o Assess customers menu for potential gaps and assess where GMI product solutions can be proposed.
o Cold calling/ Leveraging their network to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
o Ensures documentation of all developments to maintain partnership with customer is maintained.
o Coordinate and lead presentation of new items to existing customers.
o Create a basket selling strategy for sales team and cuisine selling approach.
o Aligns with sales plans and objectives of each key account.
o Organizes and conducts engagement/productive trainings for Key account customers FOH and BOH team.
o Partner with internal team members from departments such as marketing and quality assurance to provide solutions and drive projects forward.
o Lead the trainings for Sales teams (Key Account Managers, Key Account Executives) for Product and troubleshooting in market.
o Lead the Innovation shows with Key account Customers.
o Creates and Maintains a Recipe bank for applications of Bakeries Offerings
