Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this role is to manage the execution and rollout of the Utility and IRA Incentives program. This role includes responsibility for leading implementation of Utility and IRA Incentives Initiatives, ensuring execution meets performance targets within strategic intent. Further, this role will partner with the US Team to align Utility and IRA Incentives plans with our enterprise priorities and customer needs.
This role requires external vendor management, stakeholders include Finance, Policy makers, Accountants and SSCM partners.
It's a unique capability who will be responsible for E2E ownership of Program implementation onboarding, training, execution and reporting.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
Define the intake process for the program onboard new vendors by and get Lowes approved agreement signoff. Requires one to understand legal language.
Govern, Monitor, Manage and Implement Federal Policy between Vendor/Customers and Lowes
Plan monthly and Quarterly events for the IRA nationwide launch and do work allocation for each associate.
Partner with Finance and Legal to maintain compliance in accordance with the state laws
Hire the right talent to scale nationwide launch create training module for new Hires to ensure they understand all program policies.
Delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Supports achieving an annual Utility and IRA Incentives margin recovery and enhancement target by ensuring execution of strategies, and performance analysis.
Leads implementation and execution of Utility and IRA Incentives programs focused on improving value offerings, growing sustainability initiatives and expanding profitability.
Guide team to drive efficiency via process optimization via automation.
Years of Experience:
5+ Years of experience in Marketing, Promo/Pricing Operations or Marketing Operations.
1-2 year of experience as team Lead (preference would be Operations team)
Min 1 year experience of working with Global Team (to demonstrate ability to partner with Offsite teams)
Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing (advantage) but any other domain also qualifies
Any Marketing Certification added advantage
Skill Set Required
Primary Skills (must have)
Ability to perform various analytical concepts like sampling techniques, hypothesis building by linear forecasting, Time Series Analysis. To track team efforts and manage Business Reviews.
Advance Skills required for Microsoft Office Suite: Power Point reporting, Process Mapping, Report automations, Excel mid-advance functions like lookups & pivots is a must.
5+ years experience working with Enterprise level database teams, Product briefing capability to automate operational processes.
Team management soft skills: Confident, Humble, Decisive, Facilitator, Organized & above all Innovator.
