About Team:
We are focused on ERP implementations in Manufacturing, Fuel, Pharmacy, Additive Manufacturing and Data science, business functions for multiple Walmart markets with SAP and EWM.
What you'll do:
You will play the role of functional consultant working on implementing solutions and support applications in your area of responsibility i.e., SAP FICO
Roles and responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.
- Design and architect solutions within the SAP S/4HANA Finance module to meet business requirements while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- Configure SAP S/4HANA Finance modules according to business requirements. This includes setting up chart of accounts, general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, financial reporting, and other relevant modules.
- Assist in planning and executing data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, and loading into the SAP S/4HANA Finance system from legacy systems or other sources.
- Configure and manage integrations between SAP S/4HANA Finance and other systems such as SAP ERP modules, third-party applications, and external data sources.
- Develop and execute test scripts to ensure that configured solutions meet business requirements and function correctly within the SAP S/4HANA Finance environment.
- Provide end-user training and create documentation (such as user manuals and process guides) to support users in understanding how to use the SAP S/4HANA Finance system effectively.
- Provide ongoing support to end users and resolve any issues or concerns related to the SAP S/4HANA Finance system post-implementation.
- Support change management activities by communicating changes effectively to stakeholders and helping them adapt to new processes and systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the SAP S/4HANA Finance system to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure that the SAP S/4HANA Finance solution complies with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Demonstrates the ability to translate business needs into solution understanding the long-term and short-term perspectives.
What you'll bring:
- FI module components including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Banks (including integration), and Treasury.
- CO module components including Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing (including BOMs and Routings), Profitability Analysis (COPA), Manufacturing Variances and Settlements, and Profit Centers
- Good knowledge of SAP SD and MM module with experience on integration configuration
- Knowledge of custom routines, Function modules, custom tables, and BRF+.
- Experience in configuration, Integration between Peripheral systems and ECC, and supporting custom developments.
- Experience in Data migration tools like LSMW/LTMC
- Ability to co-ordinate functional requirement gathering and designing activities across multiple teams, information technology groups and business stakeholders to collaboratively develop effective solutions.
- Should have experience in preparing Functional Specifications, Test scripts, performing FUT and Integration testing. Also, ability to read, interpret and execute functional specifications.
- Application support, bug fixes, user training, key user management, batch job monitoring, interface and idoc monitoring.
- Experience in Stake holder management on large/small projects
- Ability to understanding business impact and gage the severity through deep process knowledge and provide timely resolution to priority incidents
- Ability to identify and support issues with master data changes, security and authorization.
- Ability to drive and delegate, pick and solve incidents based on pre-defined work arounds within defined SLAs.
- Experience working in project using Agile methodology
- Good experience of working with tools like JIRA, Service Now, Solman for Incident and change management process. Showcasing sense of urgency to meet operational KPI's and timely reporting of incidents.
- Experience of working closely with developers to support in development activities and translating business requirements for the development team and delivering solutions live in production.
- Ability to Perform root cause analysis on issues and provide permanent solution to application related problems tickets and incidents focusing on continuous improvement.
- Ability to support the local and global community, in developing functional designs, making configuration changes, developing code and testing SAP application developments.
