GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:

Leads multiple processes/projects in the team and ensures the set SLAs are getting achieved on the aligned deliverables. Takes up a role of a SME in the team and manages end-to-end project delivery along with other trainings and logistical requirements. Works in collaboration with project owners/team members to ensure effective execution of project related activities. Is responsible for leading all the project related communications with both internal/external stakeholders such as timelines, scope changes and periodic report-outs.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Flexible Benefits Administration Colleagues administer benefit schemes for the employees of our clients. The Colleague is responsible for generating reports on member activity and responding to queries from members, providers and clients. The Colleague may also be responsible for coordinating the work of the team and supporting less experienced colleagues. . Online Benefits - Administration The colleague provides OLB support by administering census information and payroll files of our clients in accordance with SLA timeframes and requirements. . Online Benefits - Claims The colleague provides OLB support by adjudicating OLB claims and ensuring that claims are reviewed and processed in accordance with the client's benefits plan and within the required SLA timeframes.

  • Learning about clients, systems and tools and being proficient in processing and checking.
  • Contributing to the team, supporting the rest of the team based on their needs.
  • Achieving individual targets (KPIs, SLAs, quality targets).
  • Sharing best practice with colleagues through process and tool training.
  • Identifying issues with processes handled in teams and driving a process to find and implement solutions.
  • Ensure all relevant documentations are in place (Standard Operating Procedures, Processing documents).
  • Contribute and lead new client implementations & understand the operations actions.
  • Building strong relationships with client teams, peers & displaying teamwork
  • Maintaining required technical knowledge and behavioral standards and expertise, especially all regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Managing complex processing and ensuring transactions are performed in line with the signed off procedures and agreed deadlines.
  • Supporting less experienced colleagues by checking files (peer review process) in line with SOPs and signed - off requirements. . Reviewing processing calendar and making sure all daily processes are completed.
  • Colleague will work closely with senior members of the team to increase understanding of the client, processes and tools/systems.
  • Colleague will collaborate with colleagues from other domains, client teams and business areas globally.
  • Take charge & ownership of deliverables for effectively meeting the stakeholder's expectations.
  • Ability to manage projects with no dependency & deliver in an effective manner by timely collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.
  • Execute & Implement quality, technology, automation, and standardization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills and effective time management skills
  • Incident Management: Able to handle client escalations and provide Root Cause Analysis
