What you'll do...
Location: Chennai
Skillset: Post payment Audit, Supplier to serve
Experience: 5 to 10 years
What you will do:
- Manage a portfolio of business within a specific category (such as Sam's, Grocery, Returns, etc.) for post-audit, including overseeing the team and workflow.
- Assist in developing guidelines that govern post-audit collections within the assigned category.
- Identify opportunities for improving processes and systems to prevent leakage and collaborate with the appropriate business area to implement these changes.
- Assist in the design of the PPA MAVRec Application aligned with the overarching strategy.
- Work closely with the merchandising team to influence merchants to collect funds owed and to implement changes that reduce leakage.
- Building key relationships and providing exceptional customer service to our key stakeholders.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
- Maximize PPA collections through or 3rd party managed audits, while minimizing payback rates.
What you will bring:
- Graduate or Post-Graduate, preferably with finance specialization.
- Minimum 5-10 years of post-qualification experience in PPA processes.
- General knowledge of Walmart Merchandising, Supplier Programs, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Processes.
- Strong experience and knowledge of Microsoft tools including MS Excel and Power point.
- Experience in process improvement and transformation will be an added advantage
