Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane. As an Income Tax - Scrutiny professional at Laabdhi Outsource India Services Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for performing income tax scrutiny audits and reviews to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations. Your role will involve analyzing financial records, preparing reports, and advising clients on tax-related matters.

* Representation of clients in income tax scrutiny and assessment/reassessment cases independently under the Income Tax Act, 1961.

* Preparing details / submissions for re-assessment & scrutiny assessment cases

* handle all communication and negotiations with the tax authorities on your behalf

* Handle all the Appeal cases including CIT(A), ITAT etc.

* Excellent Drafting Skills as well as Communication skills

• * Having experience in CA firm in handling scrutiny cases for more than 2 years.
