Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Direct Tax
Experience with Income Tax Returns- Ability to handle Assessments for companies
Familiarity with Tax audit procedures
- Understanding of International tax regulations
Knowledge of Merger & Acquisition Taxation
Skills:- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.
Strong grasp of Direct Taxation principles, practices, and standards.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
