Join Our Dynamic Team as a Customer Service Executive (Inbound Voice Process)!

Languages Required: Hindi + English + Telugu
Work Mode:
First 3 months in-office (8 AM to 8 PM, any 9-hour shift)
Post that, Hybrid (6 AM to 11:45 PM, any 9-hour shift)
What You'll Do:
Handle 60-80 incoming calls daily
Be flexible with rotational shifts
1 rotational day off per week
Requirements:
Typing Speed: Minimum 25 WPM
Education: 10+2, Diploma, or Degree (No BTech or PG unless with customer support experience)
Must be ready to start with on-site trainingDesktop provided after training!
