Job Overview

We are hiring an Inbound Tele Caller to join our team at JMD Jobs. • Handle incoming calls from potential candidates and provide them with information about job opportunities
• Answer queries related to job vacancies, eligibility criteria, and other related information
• Assist candidates in the application process and guide them through the recruitment pipeline
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions
• Follow up with candidates to provide feedback and updates on their application status
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify suitable candidates for job openings
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive candidate experience
