Job Description

The role we are looking to fill is that of a Sales Specialist in Tax Compliance. The individual in this role will primarily assist our clients with their audits and liquidation processes, ensuring that they are compliant with all UAE laws. They will also be involved in opening new bank accounts for clients and ensuring that all compliance requirements are met in this process.

Responsibilities:

The Sales Specialist will be expected to:

  • Assist clients with audits and liquidation processes
  • Help clients with opening new bank accounts
  • Develop and implement sales policies and regulations
  • Regularly review the sales departments compliance with these policies
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the manager
  • Collaborate with internal tax compliance teams (e.g. Legal, Tax Compliance) to address sales compliance issues
  • Contribute to sales strategies and goals in alignment with business objectives
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

  • Proven experience in a sales compliance officer role or similar
  • Experience in setting up corporate banks accounts in UAE
  • In-depth knowledge of the industrys sales standards and regulations
  • Excellent knowledge of auditing, sales, and liquidation process
  • High attention to detail with an ability to spot numerical errors
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, finance or related field
  • Certified compliance professional is a plus
