Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inbound Sales Specialist at Arihant Tourist Pvt Ltd in New Delhi, with flexibility for remote work. The Inbound Sales Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, managing customer experiences, driving sales, and offering customer support.

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
