Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement and Qualification:
- Manage incoming leads through various communication channels, such as phone calls, emails, and online chat.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their background verification needs and challenges.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to determine their fit for our services.
Product Knowledge and Consultation:
- Develop a deep understanding of our background verification services and solutions.
- Provide accurate and relevant information to potential clients, acting as a knowledgeable consultant.
- Tailor solutions to match the specific needs of each lead, highlighting the value our services bring.
Solution Presentation and Demo:
- Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our services.
- Address client questions and objections effectively to build confidence in our offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team and technical experts when necessary to ensure comprehensive solutions are presented.
Sales Process Management:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions with leads in the CRM system.
- Follow established sales processes to move leads through the sales funnel efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize sales approaches for various lead types.
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate positive and productive relationships with potential clients.

Pipeline Management and Reporting:

Qualifications and Skills:
