Job Description

Inbound Lead Conversion:

  • Respond to incoming leads, inquiries, and customer requests via various channels (phone, email, chat) promptly and professionally.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, educate them about background verification services, and highlight their benefits.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their requirements, budget, and timelines to determine their potential as customers.

Consultative Selling:

  • Conduct needs analysis and consult with potential clients to identify the best background verification solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Present and explain product features, pricing, and value propositions to prospects in a compelling and persuasive manner.
  • Address objections and concerns effectively, providing accurate information and building trust and rapport.

Sales Process Management:

  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the sale, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for potential clients.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and update customer interactions, manage leads, and monitor sales activities and progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., customer success, operations) to facilitate a smooth handoff and ensure client expectations are met.

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Proactively follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and drive opportunities to closure.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge to optimize sales performance and results.

Market Intelligence and Feedback:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics related to background verification services.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams on customer preferences, market needs, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inbound sales, telesales, or a similar customer-facing sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence potential clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Familiarity with background verification services, compliance regulations, and related industry knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, sales automation tools, and other relevant sales technologies.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
