Responsibilities

As an Inbound Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth by effectively handling inbound inquiries and converting them into sales opportunities. This position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 year of experience in sales and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. The primary responsibilities of an Inbound Sales Executive typically include:

  • Responding to Inquiries: Handling inbound inquiries from potential customers via phone, email, or live chat, and providing them with relevant product or service information.
  • Sales Consultation: Understanding customer needs and requirements through effective questioning and active listening, and recommending appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the company's products or services and staying up to date with product features, pricing, and promotional offers.
  • Sales Conversion: Using persuasive and consultative selling techniques to convert inbound inquiries into sales opportunities, achieving or exceeding individual sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Building rapport with customers and establishing long-term relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Order Processing: Accurately processing sales orders and ensuring timely delivery of products or services to customers.
  • CRM Management: Updating customer information and sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing or customer support, to address customer needs, resolve issues, and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Sales Reporting: Providing regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and customer feedback to sales management.
  • Continuous Learning: Actively participating in training programs and staying updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge to enhance sales performance.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 0-1 year of experience in sales or a customer-facing role (experience in inbound sales is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage effectively with customers.
  • Excellent active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
