Job Description
Responsible for Tele-calling
Generate walk-in via tele-calling
Assisting Inactive customer and briefing about our new products.
Role entails working only in Day shift
Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy
Adheres to and supports company policies and practice.
Good selling and negotiations skills.
Ensure that the customer receives the highest standard of service
Improve client retention through great customer service
Age Criteria:
Age-(30 to 35) should have 1 to 3 Years experience in tele-calling for win back/CRM lead/Renewals.
Only Female candidates
Eligibility
Should have Graduation or Post Graduation
Female candidates only
Excellent communication skills: super fluent in Tamil and English
Good Incentive in the industry standard.
Amicable personality must be a delight to talk to
Must be customer-focused and sales oriented
Must be passionate about the job, willing to put in extra effort
Comprehension: Listen - Understand - Analyse - Respond
Good typing skills and basic computer knowledge
