Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities :

  • To meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions into enterprise/MidMarket/General Business accounts and within an assigned geographical or vertical market.
  • Aspirant will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts.
  • Territory identification and research, to formalize a go to market territory strategy and create qualified target account list within 30 days.
  • Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence.
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector(s).
  • Engage with prospect organizations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Pre-sales Engineers & Salesforce team.
  • Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.
  • Daily update of the Salesforce system with accurate customer and pipeline data.
  • Accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.
  • 5-8 years of enterprise solution sales experience selling Salesforce solutions into mid-size and large enterprise companies.
  • Proven track record of success in sales/business development in a target driven environment, ideally in Salesforce domain.
  • Strong prospecting skills and ability to develop business in new and existing accounts.
  • Strong skills in consultative selling of solutions.
  • Effective communication skills with ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a crossfunctional environment.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale.
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to advance in our organisation by demonstrating their ability to be tenacious self starters every day.
  • Very strong communication skills, fluent in English
