The Purpose of this position is to Implement and Support Value stream in executing Digital Solutions in Plant.

Mine & analyse data from databases and carry out predictive modelling to improve operational excellence. Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
Platform projects - Sustenance and Implementation
Communication And Change Management
Communicating the benefits of digital solutions to stakeholders, including senior management and employees, and promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Adoption of new technologies in AI/DA
Project Management
Ability to develop project plans, manage budgets, and track progress against milestones. Ensure that the plant is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards related to digital technology in manufacturing.
KPI : Number of projects implemented
Data Analysis
Analyse data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and measure the impact of digital transformation initiatives. Analyse data from manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement of operational efficiency
KPI : Cost Saving.
Technical Expertise
Promote latest digital technologies and their application in manufacturing. Ensure that new technologies are effectively adopted by the plant.
Collaboration
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners, such as technology vendors Manage relationships with technology vendors & Value streams for delivering digital solutions.
KPI - Adoption of benchmarking practices across locations.
