Job Description
Technical Trouble shooting skills and Process Knowledge in Mechanical SPM's like PCB
routing machines, Pin Insertion, Screwing Machines, Dispensing, Vision Systems, Laser
systems, Promess press, Conformal Coating, solder paste printing etc. should have
knowledge on PLC, Pneumatics, Control systems, Electrical Drives.(Analytical skills,
problem solving techniques)
- Planning and replacement of Tooling and Spare parts management
- Periodical review of Preventive Maintenance activities based on breakdowns
- Co-ordination with Process owner for improvement activities
- Quick Adaption of Change Management.
- Create Machine FMEA and review. Change potential points into CBM.
- Knowledge transfer and Lessons Learned deployment across the team members.
- RPP measure implementation for productivity and process improvements (e.g.
Tool life extension, Tool/Spare parts localization )
- Proactive identification of potential quality risks / Breakdown and containment /
correction work on Predictive action.
- Should be able to work in any area of Maintenance.
- Ensure the adherence to manufacturing process compliance with legal & safety
requirements, customer requirements, Bosch standards and process specifications and
ensure the team also follows the same
- Maintaining the uptime of the machine and line
- Carryout Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance and Break Down
Maintenance and find the permanent measure for Breakdowns
- Adaption of systematic problem solving Techniques
- Establishing Spares monitoring for wear parts
- Should identify and initiate the preventive measures for all repetitive and major
Breakdowns
- Tooling Management
- Documentation of breakdown and preventive maintenance and maintain history
- Should work on Continuous improvement in maintenance
- Should maintain 5S and Safety in his work place
- Work with CFT to address open issues
- Effective Escalation to suppliers on open points and breakdowns work towards closing
them
- Should work in 3- shift operation.
Qualifications
NTTF or Diploma in E&E/ E&C / Mechatronics
Additional Information
4 to 6 Years of experience in Mechanical breakdown maintenance worked in Electronic
manufacturing industries
