Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for introduction of NPI/Variants
. Plant interface to sales, Leadplant for new products
. Business plan coordination, input and budget planning for new product introduction
. Definition of product manufacturing process flow (as per DPPS)
. Support for RPP from product (localization, CT reduction etc..,)
. Installation, release and customer interface
. Responsible for ECRs over complete value stream, coordinating departments (Pre series)
. Responsible for EWAK run and PPAP production including preparation and coordination between departments

Quality Responsible:

• Responsible for introduction of Product variants
• Product release ECR, EWAK and PPAP release
• Preparation of Flow Chart Release
• Preparation of Control Plan release
• PFMEA Co-ordination
• Co-ordination of BOM Creation and release
• QG Document check and release

Basic BPS Requirement

• Supporting for BPS SCIP
• Involvement in RPP Project
• VT/TEB Preparation

Regular Task:

• Product release ECR, EWAK and PPAP release
• Preparation of Flow Chart Release
• Preparation of Control Plan release
• Preparation of Project Timeline
• Preparation of EWAK and Pilot Order sheet
• Preparation of 5 Whys and A3 PSS

Qualifications

2-3 years

Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics, Electrical and Mechanical)
