Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH . Established in 2009, in Naganathapura - Bengaluru, RBAI is primarily focused in manufacturing electronic products for the automotive sector. Job Description
- Knows different tightening methods and their physics.
- Knows how to write tightening programs, backup controllers, set spindel configuration, check measured datas, etc. in Rexroth BS350 / CS351 system.
- Knows standard tightening units (standard tightening program, standard tightening head, standard tightneing sequence).
- Ensure manufacturing process compliance with legal- & safety requirements, engineering principles, customer requirements, Bosch standards and process specifications.
- Prepare, validate and document production readiness for NPI & ECR.
- 2nd level machine downtime problem solving and developing concepts for high machine uptime.
- Internal and Customer defect avoidance and reduction.
- Develop and implement productivity and process improvements (e.g. CT reduction, Tool life extension, Tool/MAE localization).
- Keep continuous close contact to all relevant departments in the production network and development even beyond the scope of ongoing projects.
- Application of Problem solving techniques, Participations in FMEA & CP.
- Application of Tooling understanding and Reading Mechanical drawings skills
- Working on DOE, Shainin,7QC tools & statistical analytical tools
- Assure Machine, Process, Measurement capability.
- Assure compliance in internal and external audits.
- Proactive identification of potential quality risks and containment/correction.
- Knowledge transfer and Lessons Learned deployment (in and out: Training of Maintenance and Production, Competency Network(CN) Lessons Learned, Benchmarking).
- Use GD & T knowledge to read drawings.
- Developing Line, Machine or Tool Specifications, Implementation, Validation and Release based on project-, internal- and customer requirements.
- Specify and implement RPP(Ratio Potential Projects) measures.
- Customer Complaint Problem Solving.
- Use Expertise in Special Purpose Machines and its building and related norms
- Use knowledge on Material selection for Product and MAE in process improvements
- Use Expertise in Electrical Control Devices, Axis driver control, Interface devices (Scanner, printer, Welding, laser, sensor, etc.,) for process Improvements.
- Organizational standards-(5S, HSE, Quality systems, ESD, Standardization-Documentation) implementation
- Training and Development
- Supplier Visits to keep up to date as per new technology
Qualifications
BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial automatization
Min. 5 to 8 years relevant job experience in electronics and or automotive business. Exposure to international teams/customers.
