Key Skills
Experience with Automation on Windows environment for a desktop-based application
Experience on developing automation framework for POS/Retail application from scratch
Automate & Execute test cases and test suites
Ability to troubleshoot and analyze different types of test automation issues/failures
Exposure to development builds using Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD)
Ability to work independently
Experience preparing test automation status for different stakeholders
Exposure to Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
Experience analyzing business requirements and functional sClientifications
Good communication skills
Collaborate with QA leadership to architect, establish and evolve QA processes
Ensure all projects meet both functional and non-functional requirements and map to QA test cases
Partner closely with the engineering teams to replicate and resolve issues
Desired Qualification
Minimum 8 years industry experience, preferably in an Agile development environment
Minimum 5 years of experience with tools like Test Complete
Minimum 5 years of experience with scripting language like Python, JavaScript etc.
Minimum 5 years of experience with Windows-based scripting languages like PowerShell, WSH etc.
Experience with tools Cucumber, Maven
Experience using CI/CD tools - Gitlab CI, Jenkins
Experience with test management tools like JIRA, PractiTest
Experience working with databases and various data formats and related technologies for testing.
