- Develop and implement airside operational policies and procedures in compliance with local and international aviation regulations.
- Oversee and coordinate all airside activities, including aircraft movement, apron management, and ground support operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and best practices to maintain a secure airside environment for all operations.
- Lead and manage a diverse team of airside staff, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve operational excellence.
- Collaborate with airlines, ground handlers, and other service providers to optimize aircraft turnaround times and minimize delays.
- Monitor and analyze airside performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
- Act as a key liaison with regulatory authorities and participate in audits and inspections to maintain airside compliance.
- Resolve airside operational issues and emergencies in a timely and effective manner, ensuring minimal impact on airport operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance airside services and streamline processes for enhanced customer experience.
Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
- 15-20 years of experience in airport operations, with a focus on airside management and safety.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and managing airside operations in a fast-paced and dynamic airport environment.
- Proven experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including airlines, ground handling agencies, and regulatory authorities.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Airport Management or relevant discipline preferred.
