Within Advisory, PwC has a large team that focus on transformation in Government through Digital inclusion. The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with government clients and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Support the project teams in the day to day execution of a client project;
- Prepare proposals, RfP/bid submission documents and presentations;
- Understand PwC way of work and imbibe it in your day to day work
- Assist in managing projects and deliver as agreed with the key project stakeholders;
- Understand client issues and challenges ;
- Collect relevant data for the analysis;
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis;
- Structure and prepare project deliverables;
- Present findings and suggestions to client representatives;
- Provide support to client representatives for implementing the suggestions;
- Maintain a clean and structured project repository
Mandatory Skill Sets
- Technology consulting experience - prior experience in working for a top-tier consulting firm will be considered a plus;
- Good knowledge, including but not limited to public policy formulation, public procurement, capacity building, process improvement etc.;
- Experience in at least 1 projects for clients in the government and public sector in India.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills with the project team, clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent analytical, time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks concurrently;
- Self-driven, desire to surpass expectations;
- Highly flexible, including willing to work away in different locations and geographies (if the engagement requires it);
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Power Point, Excel, Word)
- Experience of working in at least 1 smart cities/GIS/Smart Mobility projects
Preferred Skill Sets
- Exposure to international projects
- Exposure to Large Transformation programs in the Public Services domain

B.Tech/ BE from a top-tier college with a very good academic record.
