Responsibilities
- 2-4 years experience in cloud computing
- Experience managing common AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, CloudFormation etc.)
- Experience with network, security, firewall and monitoring concepts in cloud.
- Knowledge of database management and PaaS services on AWS - RDS - Sql, Aurora, PostGres, etc.
- Knowledge on OS - Windows, Linux, Ubuntu - OS patch management, Kernel management
- Knowledge on automation of issue resolutions through step functions, lambda and automated reports
- Knowledgeable about Infrastructure as Tools such as Terraform.
- Knowledge on containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for problem solving and investigation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability toeffectively communicate information to all levels.
- Experience in on-site domestic client handling and interaction vis-a-vis someonewho works in backend support services.
