Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate import activities, including supplier selection, negotiation,
    and order placement.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and ensure compliance with import regulations and
    customs procedures.
  • Collaborate with logistics providers to optimize transportation and delivery processes.
  • Maintain relationships with international suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and
    pricing.
  • Analyze market trends and sourcing opportunities to enhance product offerings and
    cost - effectiveness.
  • Prepare and maintain import documentation and records in accordance with
    regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvement initiatives to enhance
    efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide timely updates to management on import activities, including budgetary
    performance and forecasting.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master s degree in Supply Chain Management.
    Certification in Import - Export Management or related field.
