• Oversee the import and export process for spare parts, machinery, and edible oils.
• Manage the preparation and processing of all necessary documentation, including Bills of Lading, invoices, and certificates of origin.
• Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, tariffs, and customs requirements.
• Collaborate with shipping and freight agents to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Track shipments and address any issues related to delays, discrepancies, or damages.
• Optimize import/export processes to minimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on changes in import/export laws and regulations.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in import/export management within the manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of international trade documentation and logistics, including Bill of Lading and customs clearance.
• Experience in importing spare parts, machinery, and edible oils.
