Import & Export Documentation Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinating with Customs House Agents (CHA) and Freight Forwarders.
Preparing Entire Import/Export Documentation (Pre & Post Documents).
Co-Ordination with Shipping Companies for issuance of B/L, vessel schedule etc.
Handling all Air & Sea shipments.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of all other necessary documents related to Import/Export.
knowledge of making Invoices and Packing lists.
Tracking of Consignment till reaches to destination.
Liaison with Bank for negotiating of bank documents and Import/Export Payments.
Communicating & follow up with Logistic agencies & required documentation.
Knowledge of BRC and FIRC - Bank Realization Certificate and Foreign Inward Remittance certificate.
Check the Status of Duty Draw Back.
Follow-up with the production team for availability of goods.
Drafting the daily, weekly, monthly reports such as dispatched detail, Export Payment, Duty Draw Back, DO status, insurance premium detail, and report to the concerned department.
Familiar with ERP systems and having good knowledge of MS Office.
Knowledge of freight negotiation, forwarding and container shipment.
Applicant must have min. 3 years relevant experience.
