Job Title -Export-Import Coordinator

Experience: 1 to 3 Years of exp.
Job Profile: -
- Document Management: File documents according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and scan documents to create a comprehensive digital database.
Sample Handling: Manage the booking of sample shipments with FedEx, monitor the status of outgoing samples, and follow up with FedEx to ensure timely delivery. Keep track of incoming samples.
Shipment Coordination: Communicate effectively with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to facilitate smooth shipment transactions.
Support EXIM Activities: Assist senior team members with various export-import activities and support in negotiating rates with freight forwarders.
Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of all shipments and regularly update internal databases.
