ClearCourse is looking for a Implementation Support person to join us in a brand new role, which has opened up due to the team expanding. You will have a chance to be hands on with our clients, offering a consultative and informative process to drive customer success strategy.
What will this role consist of
- Offering extensive support to customers over the phone and on video conference calling
- Assessing issues to make sure they receive a comprehensive fix
- Escalating tickets if the fix requires more senior team member to troubleshoot
- Organising tickets and keeping an accurate log of progress
- Helping customers with information imports
- Delivering training to customers
Desirable Experience/characteristics
- Highly out going with excellent communication skills
- The ability to think and find solutions to problems on the spot
- A confident approach to meeting new people which will also include presenting
