Job Duties for Implementation Specialist:
Interact with clients to collect and understand their requirements.
Analyze and structure gathered information to create requirements customized to meet the specific needs of each client.
Monitor and track the process flow for each implementation task to ensure timely completion.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address and resolve client concerns.
Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency.
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
Required Skills/Abilities:
1-3 years of experience in software implementation.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Must be a team player.
Must be dependable, reliable, and accountable.
Knowledge of US Health Benefits and Payroll a huge plus
