General Summary
This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of CCL Leadership Accelerator (CLA)-based learning journeys by collaborating closely with internal client teams. The incumbent will apply their knowledge of CLA functionality to resolve client issues promptly, generate reports to measure the success of online programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Works with internal client teams to ensure that CCL Leadership Accelerator (CLA) based learning journeys are delivered seamlessly.
- Applies knowledge of CLA functionality to ensure clients are served expeditiously and issues are resolved successfully.
- Creates and manages reports for moderated online programs to measure the success of implementation and administration of CLA.
- Follows the documented support and operational processes in WordPress documentation site
- Assists client teams in understanding the technical capabilities and onboarding processes for CLA.
- Triage and refer higher-level CLA technical issues to the appropriate person/department
- Report defects to CLA team for prioritization and correction.
Experience & Skills
- 0-2 years of experience required with bachelor's degree.
- Has experience working with technology platforms.
- Ability to work cooperatively, professionally, and effectively with others; has good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates robust knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Web Conferencing Products in a PC-based environment.
- Ability to work independently, show initiative and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish and prioritize work as needed.
- Organized and detail-oriented with outstanding follow-through.
- Has good grammar skills and delivers work that adheres to CCL's brand and quality standards.
- Possesses good time management skills, including a demonstrated ability to meet specific timeframes for client projects.
